It started popping when I let out on the clutch about a year ago I finally found the spider gears about completely wiped out as the problem (I thought) I replaced them and the outer berrings now a year and a half later and the problem has returned????? Those oversized tires and that much power is more than any part of the d35 can really handle. It will keep chewing up parts and spitting them out till you install a rear end that is up to the challenge
