Nice job on the sliders! A lot cheaper than mine and look good! Now go find a rock! (Sliders- dying to try them....dying to not try them. )

Donn- I'll trade any Jeep work for weld work. That is, I'll trade my husbands expertise for a little weld work. He can do pretty much anything except weld. My sub locks into the rear seat bracket- and I want to remove my rear seat permanently. Just need a locking, remove-able bar to replace the seat bar/bracket. Bungee cords are not the best solution....in Corona so not far. Beer, pizza, Jeep work...you name it.

My original ones are going back on my jeep.the new ones are gonna be for sale.the step is gonna be a little simpler to keep cost and materal down.I'm not sure if everyone is gonna want 1/2" bolts like i did.mabey i should drill pilot holes and who ever buys them can drill them the size they want..i don't know yet..

Looks great! Have you hit them on anything yet? Interested to see how the 3/16" holds up.

If you are ever down Beach Blvd. from Knotts then come by. I'm sure we can come up with something.

WOW! those look great! I have been debating on how I was going to make mine for a month or so because the place I buy my steel from can't bend 3/16" steel. I was wondering how it would look if I welded a 90 that long... I'm starting mine this weekend! Thanks for the great thread!

Looking good. What did you do with the bottom piece since the tub sits lower in front of the mid body mount? just set everything lower? I tucked mine up in the rear but going to have to lose some clearance in the front I think. Like you, I didn't have a brake either. I actually don't have the front bottom plate on yet, it's still in the garage (cut to size).

Yours look very nice and that set you got made looks good as well.

Looks really good. Curious how you are mounting the lower section? Are you attaching to the body mounts or some other place?
