2 pieces of metal formed into a "C" and welded onto the back of the tubing will work perfectly, Idk the exact dimensions, but I can get em tomorrow and make you a set ready to weld on

I welded mine to the frame. 1/4 thick so my bumper will for sure outlast my frame. Put plates on the top and bottom of both sides as well. I bet you could weld like I did to the bumper, but bolt onto the frame. I could get some pics.

Check out Rokmen.com and atozfabrication.com for builder parts. Don't have to buy but, could give you ideas on how to do it.

I have original tow hooks on the front and shackles on the back, but I have tightened my shackles up with an adjustable wrench to keep them from getting stolen, but really don't have to worry about that here

For my back bumper I made the shackle mounts out if 1" plate to go all the way through front and back, in other words, the bumper bolts will let go before shackle mounts will

I through welded 1" steel throught the bumper and drilled a 1" hole for the shackle bolt. Crown Jeep parts or Tractor supply have reasonable galvanized d-rings/shackles that won't rust as quick. I added rubber bushings on shafts so they won't rattle or rust the bumper as quickly.

I also made my bumper removable (bolted) so I can be removed to modify, paint, repair if necessary. 4 @ 1/2" bolts probably would hang the whole Jeep.
