Gear change for a 95 yj

I heard talk in the forums about going up in gear ratios to increase power, where would I find the gears for it? Is their a kit?

Its is an extremely daunting task. You should get it done at a shop, who will take care of the parts

Well you are talking about the wrong gears.

When talking about a regear, it means changing the Ring & Pinion gears. In the differential. There are expert Jeep mechanics who won't change their gears. It requires special tools and being very very patient. Let a shop do it. You will be much happier.

Where you located? Any 4x4 shop should have somebody who will do it...It should cost anywhere from $1000 (great deal) to $1500 (the most I would pay)

I'm in Cary nc, close to Raleigh. Now the other question is, is the power difference noticeable?
