Has anyone welded or bolted base plate on thier hi-lift

I'm working on mounting it to my tire swing and would like it rattle free. I'm working on a handle isolator out of 3/4 stall mat. The upright will bolt to my rack. I would like the base to sit on a bolt welded to the tire swing. Permanent attachment would eliminate 1 rattle for sure.

Base Rattle

How about mixing up some JB Weld, seat base with jack pressure for a day. Should be good rattle free. Just won't be able to seperate the two in the future. My jack base has been on since day one. Just an idea.
