Just a simple girl with a passion for jeeps. Soon to be college graduate with a degree in criminal justice. Always wanted a jeep, bought my first jeep in August 2010. I knew absolutely nothing about jeeps. Like, nothing. I gotta say I am pretty impressed with where I am now.

Jeep: 1997 2.5 jeep wrangler. Stock with the exception of wheels and aftermarket radio. 97,000 miles. $4500 dollars later it's all mine.

First is the day I got her home. My dad had to drive it home because it was a standard and I had no idea how to even drive it. Man that was awful watching my dad drive my jeep home after handing over MY cash :banghead:

Still have a long way to go and some projects in the process!

Some updated pics but its constantly changing. Two bottom pics is the jeep the day i got it and the other one is back when I had 33s

smittybilt seat covers (hate)
DDM head lights with hella housings

Current projects and soon mods:

First things were some 31 inch MTs off craigslist. 150 bucks. Then came 2 inch budget lift. Thought I was tall..lol. Got rid of the rear bumper and put on one a friend gave me for free he couldn't use anymore because he didn't want to use it to tow his jetski. Painted flares

Got rid of my grey and black seats for some red and black ones and changed my LEDS to red and got a red sony stereo to match. Put some discos on but somehow down the road a few months later I lost part of one so those are now off.

Added some KC lights some time along the way on the windshield and front bumper. Tinted my windows with some static cling. That worked for a while but then it started to peel from taking windows on and off so I eventually took that off. Painted my differential and tow hooks. Got a new stabilizer.

I didn't like my grey interior and unfortunately I didn't take a lot of before and afters but I painted it black. Very easy, came out great and to this day still looks just as good.

Then came the 4 inch lift. 2 days off hell but I got it in. Still had 31s..looked pretty silly.

Took my spare off. Found some 33 bfg ats which are still on the jeep. Got some rocker guards which I recently swapped to what I have now but those were on for quite some time. Had a cargo net on for a bit.

Since I am just catching up to where I am now with this build I am skipping all the maintenance in between. I had to do things like change radiator that was shot, new fuel pump, got into a little accident and had to change the front fender.. simple things. I didn't really have any major issues with it

Closer look at fog lights. I hesitated about the blue but it works. The lights are white though..I ordered some light switches which should be here next week. I hate how all my switches are different.

I am also in the process of building a light bar for my hood underneath my hi lift. Rough look at how it will look, but I am going to buy another set of lights so the bar will have 4 lights.

And my sticker on my back window..haha

So that's pretty much where I am. I skipped the bull**** when writing this to catch up to now. Oh I forgot, today I swapped my throttle body from my 2.5 to a 4.0 TB. Waiting for my CAI to get here. I know, some people really dislike them but I like them, they sound cool lol so that should be here monday. Next thing is new tail pipe since mine is all rusted. Hopefully the CAI and flowmaster muffler I have on there will make it sound a little better. I'll get the light bar finished and installed soon hopefully.
