Then i purchased a roll cage from Genright after shopping around for a while for some one else to do it.I didnt want to pay someone else to do it especially not 2500 $ Genright makes a great product many actually the roll cage was 1300 $ but I got hooked up for 950$ me and a friend put it together in 15 hrs super simple for coming in 40 pieces and no instructions.

I then decided to not spend 1200 $ on a fancy swingin tire carrier and instead bought a JD2 tubing bender and tubing notcher and made a multi purpose dbl tire carrier holds 2 tires or a ice chest or tool bags and gear.I live in the mtns and play in the desert so by this point its not real streety looking.I gutted the interior and rhino linered the whole tub inside and the grill, removed the back door.

Very nice!!! how are those rear jounce bumps mounted? did you cut and re weld the spring pad or cut a hole in the center??

my build is going the same route as you

just mounted the bumper, and am running the same fox shocks as you. I Love em. theonly downside to the King triple bypass is the clackity clack noise they constantly make. but the upside is you can tune and hit just about anything as hard as you want hahaha.

I really wanna add bumps to my rear and front, Im already strapped in the front

I just ran a couple months back from barstow to laughlin and back with my wheelin group (half are built prerunners) . Ill let you know next year when we run it again.

I cut out the middle hump and bolted, rear is easy front you gotta flip the spring over and cut a little to get the bump mount in about 1 1/2 " off spring tail you have to cut the spring in front too.On the front looks like I gotta bring bump pad up a couple inches.

The orig bumps dont even touch before the shocks are bottomed out after lift ive jumped it a few times w the jounces on the rear soooo cush and the way it is now no rebound just cush the cheepest i found them was at RDM offroad the guy is so fair on stuff chk him out. nice air dont you know jeeps arenet good jumpers

Well I finally got back out to my jeep and got the roll cage finished my fresh air pumper and limit straps mounted .I still need to retrim the wheel wells around the cage bars and sheet them w aluminum on the out side of the roll bars and a shorter sheet on the inside to make some small pockets.Looks like the back seats coming out and getting a single bucket seat.

Ive had some time to work on the jeep in the evenings lately so I made a top some side pannels and mounted the king 2.5 tripple bypass shocks in the rear cut out the rear upper spring buckets and moved them back a couple inches so they strike streight and mounted the rear limit straps.

Im afraid of that so im limiting it to 12" to start and their 14" shocks. im running 10" 3.0 king smoothies on the front I made sure i have plenty of adjustment w the adjustable clevices and Im using tripple wrap limit straps from PRP.I found a sweet deal on a curry rear anti sway bar kit for the jeep since the stock one had to go for the shocks ....come on pay day

I uses some laluminum to pretty up the holes for now.

Nice cumfy seats nice.I gotta figure out how to mount the anti sway bar kit and remove the rest of the wheel wells add one more bar each side.Looks like tons of work to get the front right.Every time I jump it the bump pad moves into the spring, needs more beefness thats where i'll be this weekend.

I'll for sure post more pics Thanks for checkin it out.
