I found a great deal on a 1998 TJ Sport. The downside was, it had overheated, cracked the head, and the radiator needed replacement. My neighbor and I removed the Engine and transmission and I sent the engine off for a long block overhaul and a new head. I traded out the five speed transmission for a rebuilt and replaced the clutch assembly. We replaced the old radiator for an Aluminum Mishimoto and made a custom flare fitting to replace the old one. Since we were so far into it, I replaced the Distributor, wires, and plugs. I installed headers, replaced the O2 sensors, Crank position sensor, and the throttle position sensor. The engine turns over, I get spark, but I can't get any fuel pressure. I then dropped the tank, cleaned it entirely, removed and replaced the fuel pump and filters, and replaced it. I still don't get fuel pressure. Does anybody have any ideas? I have checked all the wires/grounds and can't find a problem.
