Need Advice

Just had these Rubicon Express adjustable control arms installed less than a month ago. The one on the right (passenger) side is suddenly sitting at an angle while the driver's side is straight. I haven't gone off-roading since I had them installed and there is no other reason it should look like this. I took it back to the shop that did the install and they told me that the angling is normal because of the ball and socket in there but it doesn't look right to me and the adjustable control arms on my friend's Jeep do not do this. Anyone have any experience with this? Is this normal?

Looks like the lock nut wasn't torqued right....you're right though it shouldn't set like that static.
