need help with motor swap

hello i got a 2000 wrangler with a 4cylnder and im wanting to put a 6cylnder in it can anyone tell me will my transfer acase/tranny still work? right now i have a stick shift and i wouldnt mind the new set up being a stick shift or an auto but i think i would honestly rather have a stick

so i guess will my transfer case/ tranny still work and what else would i need like motor mounts wiring harness gauge cluster

No it will not, you'll need a different tranny and tcase or swap the input gear to a 23 spline. You'll need a new pcm wiring harness radiator motor mounts drive shafts(maybe) im using 4cyl ones all i can think of now.
