So i disconnected the bottom but don't know what to do now!!

Are you going wheeling? Because that is usually done at the trail head. Driving without that connected is not the safest thing to do. Also you dont remove the top bolt. Just the lower one and tie the whole thing up as in push it up and tie it off some how.

Yeah i am but i wanted to make sure I could take them off and put them back on before I get there.
I know about the top bolt i was just seeing if it had anything to do with it. So i pushed it up and zip tied it as far up as it would go but it looks like it could still get in the way.

push the whole sway bar up not just the links. (links=what you have your zip-ties on) The sway bar is the fat bar.

is it the tubular bar? and after i disconnect both will it just move? because i only have one right now.

Yes, you have to disconnect both lower links.

So as i was taking out the 2nd one it started to strip and i didn't want to be stuck with it not being able to tighten back up so I stopped. I don't want to waste money on quick discos because within the next 2-7 months I'm putting on an 3.5 RE superflex. For now i'll wheel it stock and see what it'll do.
