New Gearing

I just bought a 2011 Wrangler Sport with the 3.8L and 6-speed manual tranny.. It has a 2 1/2" lift with 35" tires. I've noticed that the sixth gear is about as useful as a white crayon, unless your going downhill with a tailwind... I'm assuming that I need to re-gear since it's got the 35's... but what is a good gear ratio for my setup??? My manual says i have 3:21 stock, but when i looked at my rear diff. cover, it has 323 stamped on it... WTF???
Anyone??
