New Steering Wheel

Like the look of a aluminum steering wheel. Needed to make my own adapter
so I machined one from a 3" dia blank

That looks awesome. Im going to have to do this soon. My steering wheel is torn. Put a quick release and it'll work as a security option.

Looks nice! Did you ever finish and wrap it? Please tell me you used the 550 cord and wrapped it yourself and have nice detailed pics....

This really isn't an option for you. OP has a CJ-5, you're running a TJ with an airbag.
