O'reilly brand synthetic?

Anyone know who bottles this for them or who makes it? I know years ago it was Kendall They are selling it cheaper than conventional oils. Second question. Anyone use it ? Opinions on using synthetic in a 4.0? 97 with 97k on it.

Can only answer last question-I switched to synthetic a while back and my "valve noise" went away-and THINK may have gained a mpg or two-I change every 5K now-used to be every 3K.

I use wix filters.

BTW-'04 Sport 5speed I6 3.73 over 140K miles no oil leaks. 17-18 around town 20-22 highway at 55mph
