Use rustoleum truck bed liner in spray cans. It has a textured finish that is like satin black and makes for easy touch ups when it gets scratched.

Definitely. I've painted my bumpers, door handles, and entry sills with it and I'm going to paint my fog light housings next. Some people have painted fender flares and their grilles with it as well as their wheels. I'd say if the powdercoat is decent, you could just scuff it up with a scotch brite paid and spray away.

sorry for the crap pic but all the black on my old S10 is the spray can bed liner, only time i ever had to touch it up was when i went mudding and left the mud on for 2 and a half weeks lol, but it was on there for a little over a year and a half and no probs!
