Wow oh wow. I bet it's a fun ride with that 401. Unfortunately I need a daily, not a buggy.

Just got home from running to stl for an appointment. I stopped by my buds differential shop and picked up some tube seals, but I am lacking the motivation to go to the shop right now lol

LOL nah, I messed my arm up a couple years ago at work and have been fighting with workers comp on it since then. Jeremy's shop is about halfway inbetween and I try to stop there when I have time to see what he's working on. I did get to see some changes on his top truck challenge rig for this year

That's what I thought. My shop is open 9am-8:30pm Tues - Fri and 10-4 Sat. and people still complain because we aren't open Sunday and Monday.

After a slew of phone calls I was able to get the tube seals knocked into the housing and made the brackets for my wishbone link off the crossmember.

Ok so I have another fetish, new Spicer parts Its so hard to get Spicer brand stuff around here I get happy when I see the orange and white boxes come in. Now I have everything to put the front back together except the locker, but I can put it in after the axle is back under the springs. Check out the newest axle joint they are making...pretty impressive.

They are pretty cool, the caps snap on it hard instead of push on like any other u-joint.

That's pretty neat, where did you order them from?

It's getting close to time to replace ALL of the ujoints on my 94

You might have to do a little research to find out which joints you need unless you can find them on there. I have a dana book for Spicer 60's so all I did was type in the part numbers and roll on.

Bottom knuckle bearing, race, and cap install

New race, baffle, and tube seals

Top side with new pinion seal

Back in the frame

On a side note, I hate the chassis saver stuff.....never again. I ended up sanding it down and painting the housing again with Nason.

5.38's and they make pretty much everything for lockers. Mine has a factory unit in it so I am probably gonna run it for now until I decide what I want. They hold really strong and no more than this things going to weigh it will probably hold it all day everyday.

They are arguably better than a 14B, way tougher than a 60 or 70, good ground clearance, and cheap
