Side steps

Anyone bought or made a set of side steps that go on the chassis and not the frame? Planing on building a set but not sure on how to reinforce the steps so it won't pull through the body

Ever see the sliders with the step? well if you don't want a full slider just make it like that but not the full length. You can run it against and under the edge of the tube, and run them into the tub with a piece of steel that runs the full length of the inside of the tub to brace against it and bolt through. weld the step on. and done.
