stage 1 motor rebuild

Ok so I think I smoked the bottom end of my jeep in a water whole never stalled or hydrolocked just can't keep oil psi at idle have some noise from the bottom end the motor has 70,000 miles on it an I took very good care of it full syn never missed oil change had the jeep since it had 18,000. So I thought about doing a rebuild but I want more out of it. I have found a stage 1 striker rebuild kit by Clegg engine for about 900 bucks but am I going to need to do anything with the computer I was going to get there 24 lbs injectors. Also thought about there cam the.duration is 263/265 any thoughts or better advice I would greatly appreciate
