Apparently my dad works with an avid off-road enthusiast, going to see him thurs or Friday and he's going to help me out with my fenders for a monster energy drink and some cut off disks. Hells yeah! Hopefully bumper comes tomorrow.

Made some real Progress tonight. Pulled the d35, got the 8.8 sitting on the springs. Need to get u bolts and figure out what u bolt plate I'm going to use. Get the spicer adapter on the ds, and spring perches welded on. I may be able to have it all done tomorrow if not Friday morning. Still need to get brake lines squared away.

I would probably replace the pads and resurface those rotors also

these pads look brand new... Rotors look alright too. Probably going to let them ride unless there are problems.

Putting a new hard line in. Shits tedious. Lol, easy but tedious. Hopefully my neighbor will weld me up. If not I'll have to be trailered once again. Haha

Can't really figure out my pinion angle. The way I have it right now seems okay. I plan to do a mml so that should help it a little. Help is needed!

8.8 swap is complete! Stretched her an inch, drove it around a bit, can't say there are no vibes. But a mml should fix them. Tackling the fenders later tonight.

Mml?

Mine vibrates at 50+. Changing Tie rods. Vibration goes from front to rear

Got my fenders welded up... Wouldn't recommend the ccfab DIY kit honestly.. Looks good. But I won't be able to take them off the jeep without cutting them. 4.88s will be here by the 31st... Once I get the d30 geared I'll start looking for 35s

need to get gears for the front and have them all installed. Then I'll be looking for a set of 35s.. Tax return might help with that. Soon after I'll need a clutch. (Meh)

Well alt took a sheet on me today. Replaced it but my guage doesn't seem to want to work. It's definitely doing it's job. But the guage isn't reading.
Getting gears done next week. 250 for the rear.
Found a set of 35s in md. Trying to sell my danm tires has been a pain in the ass.

I've been following your build....coming along nicely bud...
Glad to see you decided on the 488s....
The problems you are having with your gauges and light indicators....is most likely a problem in your steering column. Look at your ground or your starter switch down by the firewall on the column
Hope this helps..

I'll check that later, thanks man! Right now I have no blinkers. They don't work with 30amp fuse and blow 15s and 20s. Thanks for the compliments man.

Alright, 4.88s were installed in the rear this morning.
well apparently I can't upload pictures. I did get some decent snow shots tonight.
Also I did get a radio in, this week I'll do an oil change, plugs/wires, thermostat, maybe the oil pressure sensor considering it's been reading Max levels for a while.
