Trailer Build

I am looking to do a trailer. One with one of those roof top tents. I don't plan on doing to much crazy off road with it. It's more for camping/base camp. I found a m332 trailer. Do you guys think it would be too heavy? I know ideal is m416 but those are like a needle in a haystack.

I am seriously thinking the M332 is too heavy empty for a Jeep trailer. Empty is weighs 2800#s! (LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF DATA PLATES). It can carry 3000#s too. It is an ammunition trailer.

You'd be better off building you own cargo utility trailer through Harbor Freight trailers, finding a flat utility style trailer on CL, finding a small boat trailer on CL and converting it to a utility, buying an existing cargo/luggage (motorcycle) trailer.

Take a look at Dinoot Jeep Trailers - Dinoot Trailers Dinoot Trailers as a mfr on what I think you are referring to (there are many many more out there). Check out Expedition Portal Forum, Trailer Tech, and check out Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers • Index page.
