Talking Ugrades Air intake / Cat Back Exhaust Ur Thoughts

I want to upgrade a few things on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler

1. Would you recommend a package deal Cold Air Intake & Cat Back Exhaust

or

2 Who makes the best Cold Air Intake and does it matter which one I chose.

3 What Cat Back Exhaust would you recommend that would have a deep growl and give me the best performance and style points

4 Chip; who makes a Performance Chip that you can store both your stock and performance settings (still under warranty)

5 Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated; its my first Jeep and I want to trick it out a bit for the Spring and Summer

Most on this forum will tell you that both are a complete waste of money for Jeeps.
