Head over to the tj portion of this forum and check out the stickie at the top of the page, "Are you considering the popular 8.8 swap." There is a wealth of knowledge over there.
For starters you'll need brackets of some sort. I like the artec truss the best but that's my opinion. It is relatively cheap for what it is and once welded on will mount directly up to your control arms.
That just gets it under your rig, you'll need to look into brake lines, driveshaft, possibly SYE, etc. the stickie that I told you about will go over all of this stuff.
