I have done it after 5 hours and dozens beers my reverse lights work. Master electrician achieved. Thank you everyone for your support. Wiring diagram helped alot. Also managed to get rack installed at the expense of every muscle in my back Happy bday to me

pictures come tomorrow

do you have the lights wired to come on when u put it in reverse or are they switched, or both?

Both, I'm happy with them and also wired two lights up front today!

Ok first issue I found. When the lights go on activated by shifting into reverse the compass(on rear view mirror) sometimes resets itself. It lights up every part of it then it goes back to normal. Not sure what I did to do that lol.

by any chance anyone know where the wire is that controls the compass. I Cant see it with my laymens eyes on the jeep wiring diagrams in the haynes manual
