Yet another tire carrier

Just a few pics of the tire carrier I built last weekend. I went with the tire offset to allow room for the gas can and license plate mount. I made the tank carrier bolt on so I can switch to a Rotopax system when I get the $. I used an A to Z fab spindle and a Destaco stainless clamp for the latch. Last pic is the start of my corner guards. I have tubes from Trail Tubes to make 4" rear flares, rock rails, and front fenders.

I got to admit the tire position is awesome. Reminds me of the bronco!

Thanks for the compliments. The corner guards are 3/16" steel (7 gauge). I have a friend with a brake. Corners fit fairly tight. I'll use sealer or a gasket to keep water out.

Happy with it? Any complaints?

Thanks. No complaints. I have several thousand road and trail miles on it with no issues. I run the jerry can or on of those tool boxes that looks like a can for my straps and shackles. Pic as she sits today.
