York Rebuild Info

Ive seen a lot of info on how to mount the York but not a lot on the compressor itself.

Im curious if anyone knows:
Are there rebuild kits for the compressor itself?
Are there clutches you can find in the junkyard or parts store that will work for them?
Is there anything special you need to do to convert them from AC to Air?
Any layouts for how the compressor works if you can tear them down and rebuild them?

I will be adding info to this as I come across it, and as I rebuild a junk yard York for my TJ. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The start of my project:

I ran an A/C shop for years. To my knoledge there isnt a rebuild kit available for these compressors. These compressors were built to outlast the car, i have seen them sit empty for years and still work.Remans are available for around $200 but there is little in these to fail. Just change the oil in it and install it .Use the electric clutch on it ,install a switch and a relay and you are done.
