Zero rear flare + mini lower corner guard (beginner fabwork)

Since my poison spyder highline negative flare front defenders are in the mail, I had to make up something for the rear to match a bit better than my trimmed flares... I picked up four 3/16x2" 4 feet long steel bars from lowes (probably not the cheapest place, but easy) and started working! I bent the rear corner with a ton of hammering over wood blocks...
So... Pics! Probably finishing them up tonight. Gonna bolt them on with 3/8" hardware...

And my welding is definitely improving...

Tell me what you think!

I love the rear of your jeep. I've been debating between going flush with no bumper and led taillights or getting a bumper/tire carrier. I've been running with the spare in my back like yours.

Is that rustys rear crossmember d ring mount?
