Simple Mod...night and day difference

I just joined the forum so cheers everyone!! Been kinda addicted the last couple night going through all the suggestions etc...its wicked. Moral of my tale is the sound bar, and the suggestion to fill that sucker up with poly-fill. I did the mod and it took all of 13 minutes...I used the filling in a neck roll and toss cushions from a designer duvet set...lmao...and I can't believe the difference it made in the sound quality. Awesome suggestion!! Best part is I get to blame my dogs for "tearing up the cushions" when my wife gets home...hahaha. I fricken love it

So should I just get some sort of vibration absorbing fabric and open up the sound bar covers and stuff If all In around the open areas? What does it reduce, vibration?

Ya man, just unscrew the speakers...stuff it full with polyfill, then put your speakers back in. It creates a much more crisp sound and eliminated the pocket thumps that make the speaker sound blown. I have factory ones in there right now with some new ones on the way...ebayed a pair of Blauplunkt with a set of tweeters too for $50.
