Question 04 tj rubi (newbie) needing advice

I have a stock rubi and amlookong to run 305/70/16 on the stock moab's I am familiar with gears but lifts are still new to me. How big will I need to go? I've looked through a few sights and some say 3.5-4 others say 6!
