Alright, got a 1987 YJ with inline six and 2 barrel carb. Everything works great (well for a 87) up untill about 60 or 65 mph. Then the engine acts like its starving for fuel and unless you let off, will starve completely and die out. Has brand new fuel pump and fuel filter. Any ideas on whats going on?
Thanks for all the welcomes and tips. I will drop the tank and take a look. Thanks again for all the welcomes and tips. I went to my local automotive store and they didnt have as many answers as y'all.
Thanks again everyone for all the welcomes . However there was nothing wrong in the tank believe it or not. So could there possibly anything else? I've checked all rubber hoses (nothing collapsed), new fuel filter, new fuel pump. Could it possibly be something with the tps on the carb? Thanks again everyone.
