1991 Jeep Wrangler will not start, Help Please!!

I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler. I am having problems getting it to start. The engine does turn over. I change out the fuel pump and bought a new battery. I also checked the sparks plugs and wires, all have spark. I sprayed started fluid in the carburator, it does start but kills. Any ideas what I could check now Do you think its electrical (fuses...relays)? Any info would help. Thanks!

Have you ever dropped the fuel tank? A jeep that old can have allot of crud build up over the years and the screen that is on the end of the fuel line in the tank can get plugged.

I suggest you post your question here: YJ Jeep Wrangler Forum - Jeep Wrangler Forum I think you'll get more response to your question.

In the mean time . . .

Is it fuel injected? wht engine do u have? If its fuel inj. should be a fuel pressure port on fuel rail. If no pressure check for battery voltage at fuel pump connector, when canking. If no power, there is your direction. To verify for sure, you can run a jumper wire from battery to the plug(not sure color) need to look at wiring diagram. Should fire right up
