1993 Sahara 4.0 5-speed, NY

Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. My name's Dale and I'm from Orange County NY. I recently purchased my first Jeep, a 1993 Wrangler Sahara with a 4.0L and 5 speed trans. I'm familiar with the forum scene, as i belong to probably every english speaking Chrysler Conquest/Mitsubishi Starion forum in existance. I'm a mechanical engineer with several years of machining experience. I guess thats about it, I'm excited to jump in and learn from some Jeep pros. Thanks

Pics...

Heres a few pics I snapped with my phone, and I forgot to mention, its got 136k on the clock, it was female owned its whole life and is bone stock with the only modification being a Sony head unit. It came with the hard top shown and a bikini top. There is almost no rust on the body with the exception of a small spot by the lower rear corner of the the window on the driver side door (surface rust) and some bubbling around where to hood strap mounts to the fender on the driver side. The interior shows almost no wear, especially on the rear seats, and theres a slight "tick" coming from what I think is the valve train, possibly a sticky lifter? Maybe someone could tell me if this is common.
