1997 wrangler head light high beam and fog light dont work

I joined to find a solution but instead foud it on my own, so i hope this will help others in the future. although there is a couple of places that the fog lamp relay is supposed to be located in, by the fuse block in the glove box or under the hood in the relay fuse block. I found this one straped to the harnes below the fuse block dangling and was rusted out insid the relay, this did not fix the high beam, the hig beam while i was looking on the driverside head light plug had all three wires in it and attacked, as i unpluged and inspected it a second tim i found that there had been two orange wires to the high beam, one was broke off and in the plastic sheath, i pealed it back and found it, spliced it back in and there it was high beams on both sides. one is hot the other crosses them over. hope this helps the next person.
