4 or 6

I am a newbie to the Jeep world, I was a corvette person but had the itch to get into the dirt and decided to sell my corvette and dive into the jeep world. I am looking now in oklahoma for a good jeep. Going thru the decisions of manual or auto, 4 or 6 cylinder. I also just watched the new show on nat geo of the 2 guys and a car. where they dropped the jeep in to the rain forest and they had to get out. sweet. Anyway just thought I would introduce and have already looked at so much valuable info here. I guess a good question and sure is already on this site but thought it would be a good one to introduce myself with is what is best the 4 or 6 cyl?

thanks

6 and dont be caught calling a jeep a car here, a lot of jeep owners dont like that. Manual or auto is your choice, they both have their pros and cons so you decide which you want.
