95 YJ 4 Cyl Idle / Fuel problems?

I have a 95 YJ 4 Cyl I just got, seem to be having some issues. Started pressure washing the motor to see if there were leaks or just residual spills, none to speak of. Did tune up of cleaned and gapped plugs, cleaned cap and rotor. Ran great after that! Then went and filled tank to put in SeaFoam, tank started leaking, and now won't run proper. Ruff idle, stalling, check engine light comes on. Any ideas? I know the obvious rip down the tank, but seems like more.

Thanks everyone, that makes sense Blkrubi88, I was reading all the forum posts and it helped alot. I checked out the ECU, cleaned it out, still in good shape. Then replaced the Coil thank you Thread from England, hard to believe that even though there was spark it wasn't enough, made it feel like it was flooding out. Also went through and fixed the vacuum lines. She's running good now, few more things and she will be great.
