A day late and a dollar short

Well that being said, I was supposed to post yesterday and missed my calling. So now i'm going to try and redeem myself. I've posted elsewhere and well let's just say now i'm a dollar short. I'm fixing a front shock mount. So i'm out of commission till Monday. However it's been pretty rainy where I am, so i'm not missing much. Plans are to keep my jeep running as long as possible. That involves putting lots of love into it. I'm going to try to avoid love = money but rather love = top down, puttering at about 25-35 mph in my 4 cyl. Hope to meet quite a few friends, plan to meet up with other jeep owners in my area and have a good time. I lead an active lifestyle so this is only going to make the journey that much better!

Thanks, I just got my jeep back two days ago. I had the front shock mount re-welded as only half of it was holding the shock from going through my fender. I'm going to do some praying that's the only thing i'll have to fix for awhile. Thanks everyone, hope to hear some more great info and looking forward to waving to you as we cruise past!

Karma got me. My oil pressure gauge is way beyond the max and when i'm running, oil is leaking from the right side of my engine from what I can see. I was wondering if the problem is the oil distributor/oil pump (<--not sure the name of the part) or possibly the lower gastket of the oil pan. When the engine is stopped the oil eventually stops leaking. It is strickly oil that is coming out and not from the top part of the engine. HELP!!!!! Please help me....with possibly an idea of what is going on. Thanks.

on your leak, you have to trace it to the highest point that it is wet. Thats where it is leaking from... Try really hard with a flashlight to locate the point that it is coming from and see if you can snap a pic.

I checked it out, it was the oil pressure sending unit. The rubber gasket seal on top was not holding and was blowing off each time I started the engine. So now I have a new one (high pressure) in and my pressure is still a bit high but it's between the lines. And higher is better than lower. Also with the 31" and at about 100lbs each along with the lights and mods for a 4 banger, no point in going cheap. Cheap ones cost about $10, mine cost $30. Let's hope I get rewarded for smart choices! Thanks everyone.
