a proper introduction

Joined to ask a few questions. Can I run 31's without a lift? Death wobble at 55 why? I kidd I kidd

Hello all name is Jonathan, I'm a low Tech hillbilly and a 28 year old man child. I am from Cincinnati and long time jeep enthusiast. I know my way around a wrench and had a large variety of modified cars, bikes and jeeps. I am the definition of adult A.D.D. leave me with ideal time long enough I'm bound to break, flip, wreck or blow something up. I can destroy anything with the best of them. After all if you didn't break it, you weren't having fun were you? I have owned many jeeps, 79 cj5 amc 360 on 35's, built 93 cherokee stroked 4.6 long arms on 38's, and 2 cherokees on 31's

My current project is a a 1994 yj s model. 2.5L, ax5, factory manual steering rack. I wanted a virgin stripped down bare essential wrangler to build a "all jeep"little trail rig and I found one. I'm working on restoration and getting her road worthy at the moment before I start to build off the empty canvas. The body and frame is in pretty good shape for a yj. The previous owner had it under coated so the frame and body are near mint over all but I do have some repair work by the rear shackles. After I restore her to her former glory I intend to stay modest and practical with the modifications for zipping around the tight trails around here.

So far I have done a full tune up, fixed the wipers, valve cover, new exhaust, brakes all the way around and new 31's just to get her road worthy. It sat a long in before i got it. Here are a few pictures so far..

Thanks! It's the company I work for shop but I am the mechanic as well as the foreman so I get certain perks. Full access to the shop, storing my tools, welder and jeep to name a few. 7,000 Sq feet fully plumbed with 110 and 220. We just finished construction this past summer..sets on 5 acres .5 mile from the gravel pits where I do most of my wheeling so it's heaven for me.
