Smile aloha

hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me... The sub on my 03 wrangler is blown. To tell you the truth, I didnt even know it was there - after a year and a half. But thats another story. Yes, I'm blonde. So should I order direct from a dealer? I figured that would be ridiculously expensive, but i havent figured out where else to look. I assume its not a standard sub, prob like 8 inches? Oh - and i didnt even get to it yet, I started to take my seat out, then got to that damn 4th nut and it was a weird one. I dont know if thats stock or the prev owner replaced it. So any info on finding a stock sub, or something similar that will work in place of, and any suggestions as far as getting into the center console to replace it would be great! Thanks :0)

Hello Alaina, and welcome to the WF. Glad to have you on board. I am sorry that I cannot help you with your sub, although there are a lot of people on here that are very knowledgeable in those areas. Be patient, and hope you enjoy this site.

It's one big part.

When you order it from the dealer the Sub and the Console come together.

Your best bet is is to cozy up with an instaler at a BOX store like Best Buy and have them rig a new JBL Polk in the old frame it will give you much better sound quality.

I have swaped out all of my OEM Speakers with POLk Momos and I run them on 2 DB AMPS. The Four corners run on a 660w and the sub is on a 400w.

I kept the factory head so no one can tell I have a hot sound system when I leave my top down.

It's almost always the loudest stereo in Camp at a Jeep Jamboree.

Can you post a pic of you and your Jeep?
See you on the trail again soon,
