Belgian Jeeper ahoy!

Hey all, thought I'd drop a line on this here fine forum where I got a lot of good info before taking my first step into 'Wranglerworld'. As the title suggests, I live in Belgium. I'm as green as they come with regards to Jeeps and 4x4's in general, but I'm eager to learn. All the more so since yesterday I put my signature on an order for one Rubicon 10A...
Although I do appreciate a nice sports car, I've personally always been more attracted to 4x4's. So when my job gave me the opportunity of a lifetime to buy myself a somewhat more expensive vehicle at a 38% discount, I jumped on it. So yes, this is my first Jeep, and my first 4x4. I was considering either the Wrangler or the Land Rover Defender for my first ride into the off-road world, but in the end, the Wrangler won out.
After deciding on the Wrangler, I went to several 4x4 forums to get as much info as I could before making the purchase. Pretty quickly, and thanks to the advice of some experienced Belgian jeepers, I had decided on the Rubicon with a diesel engine and automatic transmission. The only thing left then was the colour... Ohhh boy, what a dilemma... As you may or may not know, in Belgium we get royally screwed when it comes to colour options. All those bright colours you can get in the States? Too risky for the european market. So we get stuck with less options, and more boring ones to boot. Right when I was about to decide on Rock Lobster or Bright White, and make the purchase, a guy who had worked on the Belgian motot show in Brussels mentioned the 10A to me. So on to further investigation we go. Hmmmm, turns out there's only going to be 20 10A's shipped to Belgium & Luxemburg combined... 10 Regular ones, and 10 Unlimited's. Needless to say, the dealers had to be fast (and luck) to get one for their dealership. After calling them one after the other, I lucked out and found one that had one on order that was exactly what I wanted: 2 door, Diesel, Automatic, Black exterior, Black interior...
So here I am, anxiously waiting for the car of my dreams, to be delivered somewhere in august or september. I'm happy to meet all of you and hope to learn a lot!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. For the 10A, there really wasn't any choice, since all twenty 10A's were fitted with diesel for Belgium and Luxemburg. That said, the whole diesel vs. regular debate is a torque vs. 'oomph' debate anyways. What made the difference for me is the yearly vehicle tax levied by our retarded government, which is based on engine output. The 3.6 regular would have had me pay 1400 EUR per year in taxes, while the diesel only sets me back 750 EUR a year...
