Lightbulb Best Wrangler Year? Newbie

Greetings yes I'm Mike the Newbie from Boston,
I am on a quest to purchase a used Jeep Wrangler. What was the best year in your opinion? I have $10-15k to spend and I'd like to buy a good one. I live in Boston so snow and salt are to be considered. Upon researching I have seen some poor reviews which is concerning then I see people who LOVE their Wranglers. This Jeep would be my daily driver and I put on about 6000 miles a year. I have been scouring Craigslist and trying to absorb as much information on the net as possible. I am open to any information and would appreciate the advice.

1. What was the Best year for the Wrangler?
2. When I get the Wrangler, do you know of any honest mechanics in or near Boston.?

Welcome!! For 15k should be able to find a late TJ With low miles. No more than 50k miles for that price range.Depending on mods and options. If you want a RUBI,it would have more miles like around 85k plus.Good luck be PATIENT.Price and compare.
