Dropping in to introduce myself to the forum. Hopefully I will find all the answers to all the questions I have concerning the Jeep Wrangler. My daughter has been wanting a Jeep for awhile now and we spent a long time searching for the "right one". Well we chose this 1995 Wrangler with 126k on it. There is not a bit of rust or rot on the body. It is really clean and my daughter is very happy. She has already been on the beach with it and loves it. Well, here is a pic to start with. We are going to upgrade the tires and a few other small things at first then maybe a small lift a bit later. I think we did well for $3000......
Thank you for the kind words. I think before we get this out on a trail, I should go through the thing a little bit. I know she wants a taller tire on it and a bit later a small lift. Thanks for the invite though, Is that trail suitable for a stocker?
Decemp00, Thank you for serving our awesome Country! We are free today because of men like you. Thank you!
I am also a newbie from MASS so I thought this would be a good time to throw my hat in the ring.
Usual story, always wanted a jeep, finally pulled the trigger. Found a real nice 2005 Unlimited Rubicon Sahara Limited Editon with only 19,000 miles. Bought it and I am loving every minute of it. Should have done it sooner. I have big plans for it but a small wallet at the moment.
Anyway, I just wanted to say how great this forum is. I have only had the jeep for a week and I have already found so much useful info on this site.
Hi all, I am Hamar's daughter. Yes i love my YJ but we've already had some issues. 4 wheel drive doesn't seem to be working when I'm on the sand at the beach. I have tried both 4HI and 4LO but neither seems to make the front tires spin (even though when we test drove he car, we checked the 4wheel drive and it worked just fine). We also had to wait for AAA last night when the starter decided it was time to quit. But other than that I love it. I can't wait to get some 31's and a 3 in. suspension lift!
