Dallas Newb

Hola Jeepers!

Newb from DFW here, just got my first Wrangler after a long, long time of lusting after one. Dang things hold value so well ended up being cheaper to finance a new one than find a slightly older one. Got a 2010 Wrangler Sport, 3.73 rear, soft top. Pics to follow.

That being said, got a question - this Jeep is brand spankin new, less than 200 miles on it, but while it starts cold as smooth as a dream if I hop out for 2 mins and turn the key the starter initializes but the engine won't turn over . Have to try 2 or 3 times and pump gas before it does. Dealership is drawing a blank on it, so I'm getting video and going back, but if this is a known issue I'd like to go back with some suggestions for the mechanic to check out.

That sounds strange. Never seen one do that before. Welcome to the forum.

Yeah I was worried the mechanic's blank stare would be par for the course.

Nice Tower reference, btw. Did you hear about the movie / tv series plans?
