decisions,decisions

hello fellow jeepers, First off I gotta say I love this site it's filled with knowledgable jeep lovers and proffesional builders as well as the novice like myself. The reason for this post is to hopfully get some good advice. Ok so i ha ve a 2000 grand cherokee 4x4 4.7 v8 quadradrive all the bells and whistles, cd, changer, leather, sunroof, ect. at 104000 miles and I am thinking of trading it for a 1995 wrangler 4x4 2.5 5 speed with 110000 miles it looks like shackles lift and some nice mud tires its at a local dealer and they said they would tradstraight across i just pay tax and license fee about 600 bucks. I am thinking of jumping on the offer the only thing is i dont know much about these jeeps yet untill I own one for myself. Do you guys think i should do it? is it a good deal? and is there anything to watch out for when checking this thing out? thanks in advance
