Finally getting around to doing this

Well I joined a few months back and am finally getting around to introducing myself.

I'm Brandy and live outside of Charlotte, NC but am from western NC.

I teach reading in an elementary school and enjoy it...it's like you are still a kid and get summers off.

I finally got a jeep after wanting one since the mid '90's. It's a '98 TJ Sport 5spd, Chili Pepper Red with black dual tops. Pretty much stock and I love it.

I want to eventually get it out on some local trails but have to be careful since it's my daily driver too.

Cool and helpful forum!

Welcome!

BrandyBAH, I can assure you that you will never need to "baby" your Jeep because it's also your daily driver. I take mine offroad on a regular basis and still pull my travel trailer and drive to/from work each day. I might suggest you take a look at the Jeep Jamboree web site and head over to next years' Jamboree at Murphy, NC. You'll have a great experience learning just how tough you and your Jeep both are. Just a thought. Welcome to the site!
