Finding and mounting snow plow on 1995 Wrangler

I've been searching for about a month for a suitable snow plow to put on my 1995 Wrangler. One that I was considering was an older, used, Meyer plow, but the entire set up would have added about 575# to the front end. Since I'm only interested in plowing my own drive way, I'd prefer something lighter (like a poly blade), and easier to take on and off. I found a used Fisher Homesteader plow (only about 270#), but Fisher does not make a pre-fabricated mount kit for Wranglers made before 1997. I'm in the process of having my mechanic evaluate whether he can custom fabricate a mount, but that is going to lead to added $$, maybe a lot. So, couple of questions for the forum.

1) Has anyone ever tried to mount a Homesteader to a 1995 Wrangler? If yes, how did you do it?

2) If anyone has any recommendations on other plow options for my particular vehicle, please pass them along. FYI, I've considered a few "personal plows" like the Snow Bear, and Snoway, but I've decided that I definitely want a plow that is fully operational from the cab of my vehicle (not get out and manually angle), and on the front of the vehicle (not drive backwards, or drag snow). I have also considered the Homeplow by Meyer, but I don't like the fact that the mounting is done on a 2" front receiver hitch (seems too flimsy for the dynamic loading that will occur with a pile of snow). Also, I've been told by someone who should know that the hydrolics take a while to turn the blade.

Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Welcome. Have never needed a plow, but may someday. Interested to see what you find.
