First Jeep - New to CO - Here to explore and learn...

Hello,

I moved my family to Colorado Springs in November of 2012. I soon realized that a great family weekend involves going into the mountains and thus the need for an off-road vehicle. I have had a Silverado in the past, but we wanted something fun for the whole family and more of a daily/toy.

We got a 2013 Freedom Edition JKU in Billet Silver. So far we have hood latches, a new diff cover, a bug shield, and an AFE intake.

It works as the wife's daily M-F and our family toy on the weekends. We have been buying maps, joining in with the dealer on outings, and looking at sites on the net to find family orientated "easy" rides.

Right now looking for some new tires. Factory SR-A Goodyear rubber slides a bit on inclines and declines.

Thanks for having me,

Shaun Beauchamp
