Gear Replacement Advice

So I have a 2008 jk 33s and the things a complete dog on the road. No balls at all. I would like to replace the gears. Im thinking of a 4.88 gear ratio but don't know where to begin to purchase them. Any thoughts, comments, ideas?

I have actually had this for years just never used it because I couldn't figure it out. Is there somewhere I can get a brief overview so I know im posting threads into the right place?
