Welcome to the Forum

There are tons of videos on youtube to show you how to lower the top. You can also check the Bestop.com site for instructions.

Just make sure you put the top up and down with it as warm as possible to avoid strain on the top.

I'm just writing to let you know I'm jealous you can: A) take the top down and B) go to the beach. We have rain here in NYC... Hence my 10 day trip to Cabo next Thursday... haha

Unfair!

I think it's only fair that if the girls get a guy video on taking the top down that we get a girl video of same ... your job! At the beach preferably.

I just undo 6 clamps and set it aside till it snows again. But I have a hard top and have no experience with a soft top >.<

Without a doubt. More fun to watch those pulling their hair out the first few take downs. Worth popping popcorn!

it was too much fun...my friend used my house key to try to unhook it from the side
she ended up denting my key and not unhooking anything

but afterwards it was really easy

Long drive to come help me lol. Because mine is such a pain I take it off at the start of the summer, put my bikini top on, and run without it till the first snow drops. Nothing better than being topless and doors less.

Lol fair enough.
No snow where I am right on the foot hills, but up in the high country there's tons of snow. This season for boarding is awesome!

Just a little tip...

See... that's what I love about Jeeps ... it's the preferred way for us guys to go topless with bikinis on.

Lady's ... I recommend carrying a pare of needlenose pliers for those pesky zippers. A Vise Grip brand that will secure to the zipper is best suited. Wrap the tips of the pliers with rubber tape (Lowes electrical dept.) so as not to damage the zipper gadget.
