Greetings All!

Greetings all,

I've had a wrangler for a little over a year now, and am just starting to mod it out, and I was hoping to get some input. I'm still new to the whole aftermarket world that is the Wrangler, but I am happy to finally be here!!

I'm thinking about swapping out my factory bumpers for the Rockhard bumper/tire carrier combo that Quadratec is offering.

Rock Hard 4x4 Parts Shorty Front Bumper with Fog Lights & Rear Bumper for 07-13 JeepĀ® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

I have 17 inch wheels, 35 inch tires, with a 3.5 inch lift. I like the idea of reinforcing the tire carrier, I also want to get a Hi-lift jack. In looking for a place to mount it I think it would be best under the spare tire. Will I need a particular bracket or any special hardware to install it as to ensure a snug fit?

And what are your thought on that set up, good, bad, or otherwise??

Thanks
Proby

Like MrSig said, because this is the newbie check-in area, you may not get the answers you are looking for. I suggest you check out this forum area and post your questions there, I think you'll get a better response.
