Can't wait for the snow to get deep. My first year with a season pass and I'm having to wait on the weather...!

I've got a TJ, 6 cyl, white. Enjoy it mostly but having problems with a new lift kit and shocks. The place I purchased it from said it would be firmer, which I though meant more jarring, but now he says also includes more bounce when on the highway. Even the smallest dip in the road bounces me in my seat 2 or 3 times. It's not a hard bounce but enough to be a pain in the neck on a long ride.

Any advice? Does firm really mean more bounce at highway speeds?

First, what brand/type of lift?

What shocks, what springs?

Is the front sway bar connected?

All items purchased and installed by Les Schwab. The lift is just minor, being a 2" spacer installed above the stock spring. The shocks are Mountain Ryder Extrme Foam Cell. The tires are 31x10.50.

I can grab the mirror and hard top and wobble the vehicle left/right pretty easy. When I release the wobble it continues to go without much resistance. It would seem like new shocks would offer resistance to left/right roll.
