Smile Hello Everyone!

Hello Everyone! I am new to Jeeps as well as off-roading so I hope to find lots of great people here as well as tons of helpful information. I bought a new 2014 Rubicon Unlimited last week and I love it. Haven't driven stick in a few years, but it's easier to drive than some of the other manual cars I've owned. As far as the Jeep, it isn't loaded with too many options. And for the price, it allowed me to go for the Rubicon instead of a loaded up sport. I'm the kind of person that if it's got a heater it'll be enough for me! I think the thing that draws me to off-roading the most would be the recovery aspect and helping people unstuck themselves haha. Also I'm not too big on heavy mud but I do love puddles, I hit them on roadways about as much as I can safely. This is also my first 4WD vehicle I have ever owned as well. Anyone know some easy beginner off-road trails around Wake County, NC or surrounding counties? Thanks and it's nice to meet you all!

Welcome to the forum!
There are many obstacles that life throws at you, but you gotta make like a jeep and crawl over them and continue on.
